Our Comments Page will be checked as often as possible and answered as quickly as possible. However, since our staff is frequently “on the road,”  there may be a few days that lapse before messages are received. Please do not leave “Emergency” messages, and please do not attempt to arrange any surgery appointments through this page, as these messages will not be returned. All surgical appointments must be made by telephone only and speaking directly with a RCCAH staff member.

Due to the very high number of calls we receive daily, you may need to leave a detailed message. Our staff will return your call as soon as we are able to do so, usually within 2 business days. If more time has elapsed and you believe your call has not been returned, please call us again.

Our phones are not answered during evenings or weekends, but only during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
